Meet our team

Roland is a coach and mentor to many. He is a pillar of faith and refuge for our youth. He and his family have been planted at 316 since 2017 and he is a devout father and husband. His wife Letiffany is a trusted prophetic voice in our community. Her strategic prayers shift the atmosphere and facilitate breakthrough. Both of them are true worshippers and carry gifts in leadership and team building and together they’ve cultivated an immersive worship experience for us. They are trustworthy, faithful, and diligent people and have been incredible support to our Pastors over the years.

They are proud parents to four beautiful children.

Don and Sheena Jackson are the parents of Pastor Cameron Jackson and have been his number one supporters both in and out of church planting. They have helped build The 316 Church brick by brick and have been involved in the execution of every next step. Don retired from 40 years of aircraft work at Boeing/Spirit Aerosystems and is a passionate musician with decades of experience and has been an integral part of our overall worship sound and  capabilities. Sheena is a retired elementary school teacher who has brought her love for education and strong organization skills to serve our 316 kids and has created an interactive bible learning environment thats fun and impactful.  

They are parents to three grown children and ten grandchildren.

Janie is passionate about coming alongside people as they process through trauma and encounter the restorative presence of God. She is the co-founder of Shelter and Rain, a non profit supporting survivors of human trafficking and is the prayer lead at The 316 Church. She and her husband, Eric, were two of the original members of 316 church. Being close friends of Pastors Cam and Steph, they moved to Wichita to help build and provide support, love and encouragement throughout the process. They are pillars in our community and sincere lovers of Jesus, earnestly sharing their gifts for the benefit of others.

Janie is a wife, mother of four, and author of Courageous and Free - Journey to Inner Healing. 

Equal parts strategist and storyteller, Kristena is a Jack Jill of All Trades who thrives at the intersection of data, intuition, and purpose. With 20 years of experience, she has turned numbers into narratives, trends into strategies, and goals into measurable success for countless teams in tech and non-profits in town.

Rooted in deep faith, Kristena is passionate about exploring the rich intersection of theology, apologetics, neurology, and the tapestry of diverse lived experiences. This unique blend of curiosity and conviction shapes her approach to both work and life, bringing depth and intentionality to every project and conversation.

When not solving problems with a spreadsheet or exploring big questions of faith and life, Kristena will be found pouring her heart and soul into her 4 children, cheering for her husband, and sometimes snuggling with the dogs.
