Jordan Harris

Council Member

Jordan was born and raised in Wichita, KS, where he developed a strong work ethic and passion for leadership. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Wichita State University, complemented by minors in Entrepreneurship and Management.
Alongside his wife, Marissa, Jordan is the proud owner of two thriving businesses—Harris Dream Cleaning and Angel Wings Daycare. His dedication to excellence and community impact was nationally recognized when he was honored as the SBA National Small Business Person of the Year for Kansas by the White House in 2023.

Above all, Jordan is a devoted husband and a proud father of four young children. His faith, family, and entrepreneurial spirit fuel his commitment to serving others and making a lasting difference in his community.

Annie Reynolds

Council Member

Annie has been happily married to her husband, Jason, for 35 years. A devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother, she finds great joy in her family and the blessings of each season of life.
With a decade of experience in banking, Annie has honed her skills in finance and administration. She is a founding board member of the Community Chaplain Response Team and has also co-owned a business alongside Jason, bringing a wealth of leadership and organizational expertise to every endeavor.
Now serving as Treasurer and Council Member at 316 Church, Annie’s keen insight and faithful stewardship help guide the church’s mission. Known for her joyful presence and servant’s heart, she is passionate about fostering a welcoming and grace-filled community where others can grow in faith and fellowship.

Eric Ford

Council Member

Eric is a creative, strategist, and optimizer who seeks to have fun and cultivates joy wherever he is. Eric graduated from Friends University in 2009 with a degree in Studio Art. He enjoys capturing moments of wonder through photography, traveling with his wife, Janie, and their four children, and playing bass on the worship team at The 316 Church. Eric is also the co-founder of Shelter and Rain. He’s been the longest standing council member and offers strategic wisdom and consistent encouragement.


Candice Smith

Council Member

Candice holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and brings years of experience in the social sector, supporting nonprofits, schools, and under-resourced communities. With a sharp eye for both big-picture vision and the small details that make it happen, she has quickly become an invaluable asset to our council.
As the newest member, Candice has already implemented tangible systems that have propelled us forward—turning ambitious goals into reality and ensuring no opportunity is overlooked. Whether in a boardroom or a moment of crisis, she has an incredible ability to organize a team, bring structure to any situation, and inspire others toward action.
Candice leads with wisdom, fairness, and a deep commitment to treating people with kindness, making her one of the safest and most trusted people you’ll ever meet.

Above all, she is a devoted mother to her beautiful daughter, Bella, who is the light of her life.
