Cameron Jackson
Lead Pastor
Cameron is an ordained pastor, a skilled mediator, and a storyteller so good, he could probably make a parable out of assembling IKEA furniture. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management and a Master’s Degree in Business & Leadership, he brings over 15 years of ministry experience—and just the right balance of grit and grace—to everything he does.
Together with his wife, Cameron planted The 316 Church, where he’s spent the past decade doing what he does best: casting vision, teaching, and showing how the good news of God’s Word is just as relevant in boardrooms, backyards, and coffee shops as it is on Sundays. With a heart for building a racially unified kingdom of God, Cameron doesn’t just preach reconciliation—he lives it.
Beyond his pastoral work, Cameron is on the front lines of fostering change, serving with the 24/7 Diversity Team and The MESH Objective. As a traveling speaker and coach, he crisscrosses the country, equipping campus ministries to bridge the gap between faith and the messy, beautiful reality of life.
But Cameron’s favorite titles? Devoted husband to Stephanie and proud dad of six, including two grown daughters who keep him humble and four kids at home who keep him caffeinated.
